leaseback in France - advice needed

I have read the all the legal stuff on internet and listened to overseas agents. Can you sell on in 5 years or are you tied for the whole term eg: 3/6/9 years theis is my childerns college fund got to get it right

You can sell on, nut very unlikely to find a buyer as they must continue on within the lease.

Thank you for that less work to buy and advertise myself for rental at least that would cover a letting agency fees .

Is concentrating the fund in a single asset a good idea? Would you not be better diversifying across different assets/classes, risk-reward profiles, geographic regions etc.?
