Hi, just about three years after you posted but I had a look at a few properties in this development. I'm no expert but it looks okay. All houses and apartments are heated with storage heaters. Not sure how costly this is when compared to oil or gas.
The prices have probably dropped since 2007 but may fall further. We are considering making an offer. I think we will offer 10% less than the asking price for a start and see how it goes.
