Leap Card Online Locked ???

Hoping someone can advise? Couldn't log into my leapcard account this morning - when I went to reset my password it locked me out.

(a) Does it allow you to try after a number of hours have elapsed?
(b) Due to use the card in the morning before the leapcard office opens - will card work or is use of the card blocked?

(a) I reckon you will have to ring them to get it unlocked.

(b) Card should work fine. (just in case maybe have some loose change with you)

You can top up the leap card at a luas or train station. You don't need to logon online to do it.

If you do it in a shop or use a bus it won't be updated. You have to do from a luas or train station.
