Leaking Velux

I have two leaking Velux windows which have been 'fixed' by three 'roofers' to no avail.
I contacted Velux to see if they would recommend someone who would guarantee the job but they won't.
Anyone know a competent roofer in South Galway?
This time I want someone who will accept half payment for the job and the remainder after the next rainy day.

first of all find out are the leaks from the window or the workmanship in which the windows were placed, are they attic windows or extensions and lying less pitched than the roof would be

I have a leaking velux window also. I don't think it's the actual window but rather the seal or flashing around it. It's been in almost 6yrs now and only has given trouble recently.
I'm in the Galway city region and would love a recommendation as to who to call to repair it.
