Lcd connections

Hi
I have just bought a new Tv ,it is the first LCD TV i have had.
The LCD has 4 HDMI ports 1 USB and two scart and other audio ports.I have a sky + box which does have a USB port but does not seem to have a HDMI cable .Anyway whats the best way to connect up getting the best quality.Argos do a HDMI/DVI connection kit for 57.99.

The USB is for viewing photos/movies/firmware updates etc. Assuming the Sky box does not have HDMI then you are left with using the Scart ports.

Are all scart cables RGB ,What do i need to look out for when choosing a scart as they range from 7.79 to 31.99 in argos
