Hi im new to the forum and in a bit of a pickle, to cut a long story short i had a case which i didn't turn out as i expected, my solicitor has issued high court proceedings (without my instruction) and i now want to have the case brought down to the circuit court and proceed as a lay litigant.
I'm gonna need some help obviously and i know i need to get help from FLAC, but in the mean time, how do i take my case from the high court to the circuit court? I've been on the courts.ie website but i can't find how to do this, surely it's a matter of submitting an application to the High Court but how do i do it? The case is still at the very early stage where a writ has been put in and a response received, but i have not yet submitted a statement of claim or anything like this! Please help!
