Lawnmower Service?

Hi,
I have a Briggs and Stration 13 HP ride on lawnmower, it has the White
ET-130 brand on it.
Any idea where I can get this thing repaired and serviced in Kildare? I can't get it started, battery is ok, petrol good. Even though I put it in neutral the back weels still lock, which means it must still be in gear and I can't get it into neutral.

Do those things have a spark plug? We used to regularly find if we left the mower sitting up for the winter and didn't start it regularly like we were meant to do, if we replaced the spark plug it quite often started. If its locked in gear tho it seems to be a more serious problem.

If I wasn't so busy meself I'd come down and cut the grass for ye ;)
