Laundry chute - how to make

New build: I have cut a square hole approx 500mmx500mm in my concrete floor first floor.
I am hoping to use it as a laundry chute. Any suggestions as to what I can use as the "chute"? It needs to be 'flexible' material as it needs to turn a 90 degree angle from the entry door on my landing to the 'drop' into my utility room. It needs to be at about 450mm in diameter so that it's large enough to let clothes down through it. And it needs to have a smooth texture so that clothes don't get caught in it.

Would it be simpler and less likely to stick if you eliminated the 90-degree turn at the top? Why not just have a square vertical tube, about 6-8 feet long mounted at about waist height in your landing cupboard, and just drop the stuff straight down into a container below? Anything you already use would then be okay - plasterboard, mdf, ply etc (glossed or varnished). You could put a hinged lid on it if liked.
