Last minute sun holiday

My sister in law, her mother, sister and three children all want to have a week or so in the sun. They're on a budget €1200 but have also left it rather late to find somewhere within that budget.
What they need is somewhere warm, approx three hour flight max, family friendly, not a raucous hub of holiday nightlife, with access to a pool, probably self catering but most of all a safe enviroment for the kids aged 12, 5, 3 and 18 months.
Does anyone have suggestions of where they might look? Websites? Travel agents? Does anyone know of any specific deals available right now? The kids will be so dissapointed if they don't get away somewhere.
