Last minute deals - where to look?

Hi,

Partner and I have an unexpected week off, that has to be taken next week (could start Fri 2nd if needed).

I've looked at the last minute sites or late deals and to be honest, none of them are really that cheap - as in, still the guts of 400 euro to get anywhere decent in the Canaries for example.

I was more hoping along the lines of 250 - 299 max per person, in a 3* accommodation.

What other sites should I look at, and where in Europe would be reasonably warm (max 25 degrees celsius, min of 18 degrees celsius)?
