Laser Transactions (Unsure where from)

On my bank statement i noticed 6 different laser trans dated 18/7. I rang B365 to enquire but they said retailer has been authorised for pyts but payment was not finalised. Normally they said it would take 2/3 workling days for these to show on my statement as ("whoever retailer is"), but 4 days have passed and it still just shows as "Lsr Trans". Anyone any info on same

It can take up to 10 working days for Laser transactions to hit your account, in the interim the funds are held back by your back - the difference between your ledger balance and you’re cleared available balance.

Unfortunately, they are usually not in a position to provide you with a detailed breakdown for the various transactions that make up the "Lsr Trans" figure.

there should be a point of sale authorisation department within the bank who can tell you who the transactions are for. i would give them a call back.
