Laptop repair advice dublin

I have an old laptop it does not power on
Dell 1750
I'm looking for advice
Is there a laptop repair shop that looks at the laptop
And gives an estimate
Eg it, ll cost 130 to fix this
Eg I don't know if the screen is working
or it might be cracked
I'd like to go to a shop within 3 miles of Dublin 1
City centre area
I. D appreciate any advice
 
There's a Chinese computer repair shop on Parnell Street, just up from aib on the corner. They replaced my hard drive and reinstalled windows recently for e100, done in a few hours. Any money saved was unfortunately lost as my bike was stolen while I was in the shop, swings and roundabouts.
 
That Chinese shop Boyd is talking about us great.its called one stop.
They have fixed my Mac book pro many times and repair is fairly quick too

Eg I don't want to spend 220 repairing a laptop
When I could buy a new one fir 350 euro

I just want a basic laptop that has 4gig ram
And has 4 hours battery life
I t must be 5 years since I used this laptop
 
I brought it into a shop they say motherboard is faulty, screen is broken,
I. Ll sell it on adverts ie for parts
 
Secure-erase (fully over-write) the hard drive to wipe any personal data if you are going to include that in the sale.
