I am reading through a tenancy agreement at the moment(top floor.ie) and wondering which one to use. Tenants will be renting for 1 year so will I use the fixed term one or the periodic month to month 4 year cycle one.
I can not see any major difference between them, as they will be renting longer than 6 months will they qualify for the 4 year rental term anyway.
