Land / site values in Dublin and Wicklow

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find accurate values for sites in Dublin and Wicklow. The IAVI report states the percentage increases in values but not the current values themselves. Any help much appreciated.

go on ot DAFT or any EAs web site selling sites in the area you are interested in. These prices and any recent sales prices are the most accurate info you will get.

Have a look at the Commercial Property section of the daily papers. Todays ITimes and Tuesdays Indo.
