Land registry - How long does first-time registration take?

Hi,

Not sure on first time registration but when buying my property I had to get 3 pieces of land registered to the property.

This took around 1 year however it seemed like a complex case. If your case if more straightforward, this may happen quicker.

Mimes thank you for your reply it's just I'm buying a property and the vendor first solicitor never finished his work with registering the deeds or land as he is the first owner I was wondering how long first time registration is as he has to now register the house,if it's up to a yeara long wait.
 
I can only comment on my own situation which as mentioned may have been more complex as 3 sections of land.

If its the right property I would wait. If not, then keep looking and keep the option running in parallel if possible.
