Hi,

If we are buying a property with my partner and we are unmarried, each of us must pay 700€ LR fee (1400€ total) or just once.

You only pay one fee ! So if the house is between the value of 200,001 and 400,000 then the fee be €700. If you are registering a mortgage you will pay €175 For that. If it's a new house a further fee of €75 to open a new folio. Your solicitor will give you a bill.
