Hi, decided to check my property folios on the land registry site.
I noted that there are 2 sections of land in my garden that are listed as owned by the developer of the site who currently has a judgement mortgage against him.
Yet my deeds show I purchased these lands in 2007.I requested forms from the bank which showed that the previous owner owned the same as I do.
Is this simply a land registry error which may not have been updated correctly online?
