land investment in spain/fortuna estates

has anyone heard of /had dealings with this company?

they offer plots of as yet unzoned land for sale on the outskirts of malaga.
they have had a previous development(bella fortuna) which seemingly went according to plan-rezoned,price went up etc.

their website is www. fortunaestates.com. they have advertised in all the usual irish publications over the last few years-phoenix etc

would be interested in your comments.

Hopefuly he stayed well clear of these land investment schemes
