Just saw this on myoverseasproperty.ie - Land-banking in Holland:
"Plots are available for as little as €19,000. - (incl.all costs and tax). Possible r.o.i. up to 800%!"
Looks very similar to other land-banking investment schemes in UK over last few years, and while I don't believe there's anything illegal with these schemes, the element of minimal entry costs and ease of seeing phenomenal 'possible' returns sound very familiar.
Has anybody an aam used this company or dealt with them? It would be interesting to hear what kind of returns people have seen or are expecting.
