Kuvera properties

I reciently attended a seminar hosted by kuvera properties . They are an irish company selling off plan aparrtments in the uk. They claim they are offering a discount of about 15 percent off the launch price. They seem impressive.Has anybody done business with them or attended the seminars? I am interested in what people thought of the presentation etc.

I looked at the thread you posted. The company mentioned is probably the same one. What exactly do you see as the pitfalls of this type of investment? These fellows seem to have all the due diligence done before hand and they do seem gunuine, but i am not a professional investor so i may not see all the pitfalls.

seems odd to have two posts on the same company within hours of each other....Are either you or diddles involved in this company ?
