Kunzel Wood Pellet Boiler

Hi, Has anybody got a Kunzel pellet boiler installed? Thinking about getting one in my new home, supplier highly recommends them. Trouble free apparently. Has anybody had experience with them? Mine is a PL15.

Bought one in 2008 and have had replace parts frequently. So far replaced are 2 x ash tray parts, the igniter and its electronics, the electronic control panel, the small auger motor, so really just about all of the moving parts. Total cost in repairs over 7 years is almost €2000, averaging just under €300 a year, so with fuel my cost of running has been about just under €2000 a year, about €35 a week !!! Sometimes I wonder if I should have stuck to oil or gas.
