Hotel Senacki looked very central but I didnt stay there. A girl from Krakow recomended Franckusi. Hotel Europejetski ?? was also central near a new shopping centre recently open. Regent was my first choice but it was booked when I got around to booking ended up in Hotel Kazimierz I ( very cheap and good value ) which is also in the jewish quarter but both are a longish walk / short taxi ride to main square.Jewish quarter had alot of small pubs and restaurants.
