Komplett - are they reliable?

Anyone have any experience with these?

Are they reliable & do the goods arrive as promised.

Any comments on their customer service

I have used komplett on a number of occasions and found them to be excellent. On one occasion the hard disk that I bought from them died after a month and they replaced it very quickly.

I always recommend them if I'm asked for a good software/hardware reseller.

I've used Komplett several times and no problems so far, besides some minor niggles (e.g. european plugs on some items, though they do always throw in a converter to 3 pin plug). prices are good though I have found some items cheaper elsewhere, unless its a big order the separate delivery charges would balance it all out so I end up getting it all from Komplett, though I wish they'd be cheaper for everything!

Just wnat to third that - I have ordered from Komplett and have also found the prices reasonable and the delivery efficient

I have used Komplette to build a PC and other stuff, excellent pricing. On an item Costing 200 saw at the time it was 400 in Peat's etc. Delivery is about 10 euro etc but even with that all substantially cheaper than elsewhere
