I came across this irish website the other day which offers very good value in knitting wools ... just thought it might be useful for other knitwits out there. It only accepts paypal payments so you do need to set up a paypal account.

Thanks for that i shall pass it on to my better half who has complained on more then one occasion about the lack of wool outlets in Dublin.She simply cannot sit and watch TV without knitting-personally I think its a nervous dis-order:D
 
no thanks -when I watch TV -I watch ! dont u know anyway that men cant multitask;) those patterns are way too complicated for me anyway.BTW she was glad to hear about the outlet

I have found another irish website www.thisisknit.ie that sells wool and patterns. They also have a stall at the Blackrock Market on Saturday & Sundays where you can talk to them about all your knitting needs. If you bring a group of 3 to 5 peole they will give you a discount of 5% on you purchase. they may also give you a cuppa. Very nice mother & daughter business. My daughter bought some wool from them and she found them very helpfull. I cannot wait to pay the stall a visit but I am waiting for the long winter nights:eek: to start knitting again.
