I have no specific details on people in your area but if you go to a glass company - they should be able to offer a range of coloured glass splashbacks. Make sure it is specially toughened glass - otherwise it will break - you can be sure of that.
Alternatively stainless steel is nice option and a local fabricator should be able to assist. However be warned that it will not be like what you oftewnr see is german kitchen showrooms like ours - and unfortunately most german kitchen suppliers will not be able to provide just a splashback as a one off piece.
Another option is to match it to your worktop - if its granite then a local stone company should assist, if laminate then you will have to go back to your original worktop supplier.
