Anyone know of any GOOD & FREE 3D software i could use to plan a new kitchen? Also one for interior design?
 
Any kitchen shop will do up a design for you (with the hope you buy something).

The problem with the free software is that you will be limited in the range of finishes you can add to the units, if this is going to be a regular thing, it may be better to invest in the software.
 
kitchendraw.com is useful if it's a one-off. You get 30 hours use - it's well worth playing the tutorial first in order to maximise your productivity during this time.

you'll find that most kitchen companies charge you for the time they've spent on drawing your plans, €40-€50 seems to be the norm to print out the plans.
