Kitchen installers in Limerick

Hi, I hope to get a new kitchen installed asap (i.e. before Xmas) however I really don't know who to choose? I want quality but nothing too expensive, I have received 3 quotations from specialist supplier/installers - the average price is €7,000. Which doesn't include demolition and removal of old units and surplus units (sinks, extractor etc.) Also I don't know anything about the quality of their work. I see Cash & Carry mentioned quite a bit on this site however I am concerned about getting an independent fitter as (a) don't know any and have heard conflicting reports about a few and (b) I imagine any good carpenter is booked up until the New Year. I am in the Limerick area can anyone advise? Many thanks.
 
My brother used Keen Kost Kitchens out in Eastway business park, two weeks from ordering to delivery.
They have installers but he is using a frind of his.
Ver reasonable and good quality.
