Could anybody recommend reasonably priced specialists in following domestic works (ideally in North Dublin, Drumcondra area), with whom he had a positive experience:
1) Kitchen installation (particularly important is ability of the guy to deal with a solid oak worktop, that needs to be oiled before and after fitting);
2) Floors treatment (sanding old floors, oiling and/or vaxing).
Please give an idea of what the fees were (per meter etc.).
