Kitchen Costs

We are in the process of deciding on the pruchase of a new house. The PC sum for the kitchen is €3,000. Can anyone tell me if this is good? Also any advice on the price of a kitchen would be appreciated......I presume you can spend anything you like, but what would the cost of a nice average size kitchem be (excluding applicances)?

An average kitchen cost about 3.5 to 4 grand if you buy them at cash and carry kitchens. Fitting charges about 600 euros.

got quoted 6k for areally nice solid wood door ash and walnut kitchen! dearer than your average wood!! my gripe with the kitchens supplied with houses is that they're thrown in, with no heed to actual dimensions!!! i'd take the pc sum as you will get exactally what you want, with exact dimensions and you should get it for that price if not a tad more!!!
