Kitchen company got it sooo wrong!

Hi guys,

I posted this is good and bad deals but I only got one reply.

On Fri my kitchen was delivered by a well known kitchen company but they delivered the wrong kitchen, well it was the right kitchen but the wrong colour. They are now on 2 weeks holidays and it will take at least another 2 weeks after that before they will have a new one ready for me. I am fuming!!!

I have no kitchen at all now not even a kitchen sink, no cooking facilities and with small kids in the house it’s tough going. What makes me madder is that a manger was meant to ring me Sat and he didn’t – I had to ring him again! I was told he’d ring me today, we’ll see….

Anyway, when or if he does ring what way should I handle it? I want to be compensated in some way for my loss of kitchen for 4 weeks but I’m not sure what way to go about it.
