Greetings from a new user...
I noticed a thread discussing the pros and cons of living in Douglas versus Carrigaline and am hoping that someone out there might be able to help. I have lived in Kinsale for the last 2 years in a 3 bed townhouse and while we love Kinsale, we want to get a semi d. The problem is that there is zero houses available in Kinsale for less than €500k. Latest new development "the orchards" have no 4 bed semis left, or so im told.
We recently went to see the 4 bed houses in Maryborough ridge and really liked them. The money is off the wall at €550k for a semi and €610k for a detached. Having looked around kinsale for the last 6 months, we are now thinking of moving back to Cork.
Does anyone know of any future developments in Kinsale where semis or detached are going to be available??? Also - anybody living in Maryborough ridge, how do they find it, and do they think property prices there will be maintained/increase??
