Anyone know what this estate in like, would it be suitable for a young family?
Also what is Kenmare heights like?

cheers

Both council estates, probably alot owned privatly now but both estates still have a bit of a reputation. I would be very wary of paying €400k+ to live in either of those estates.
I am open to correction but they are not really great estates to buy a house in!.

Yup - I agree. I would look in Redford Park as an alternative area or, depending on budget, Charlesland

I remember when Kindlestown Park was first built - the quality was so poor they had to redo the facades. The experience of young lads throwing stones at you as you cycled through the estate was also quite memorable. I think it was initially built as social housing for relocated inner city families. A phone call to Greystones Garda Station should elicit more information on the actual extent of any anti-social behaviour.
