Am somewhat reluctantly looking at apartment in this building (to buy) -having been outbid/grown impatient with 'small house' price rises. Just wondering if anyone has a view on quality of this building/experienced problems- beside Hilton/above Lime Tree Cafe. Also more generally, can anyone the type of 'Priory Hall nightmare' type defects that a prospective apartment buyer needs to look out for. Thanks in advance, much appreciated.
