Hi all,
We are looking to live in Killiney/Glenageary/Dalkey.
We have lived in glenageary before, and know that area quite well but only really ventured up killiney hill or down to the beach etc. Dalkey for us was just somewhere nice to go and eat/drink etc.
With the current house price situation I feel its in our best interest to rent for another 2 years while continuing to add to house deposit savings.
I do understand given the ability to rent in and around the areas is a good way to find a good spot. Killiney would be optimal, good access to m50/n11 for work commutes. Close to schools, etc. We dont really know Killiney or Dalkey that well from a live-in perspective are there good/bad areas we should watch out for?
