Kill, Co Kildare- New Development

Does anyone know of a new develpment in Kill, I have heard it is launching this Friday with 3 beds at E375,000. I've looked on myhome but there doesn't seem to be any matching these details.

I heard this through a friend who's friend told her the details, hence why I know them, she has contacted her to find out the name of development but she hasn't got back yet. Just in anyone was going to ask me why I didn't just ask!

I know there is a new development beside the equestrian centre. I registered to be informed about the launch but haven't heard anything yet.

Contact Cavan Developments (based in Kill), they are launching Today. They don't use auctioneers but rather sell direct to the public.
 
Its a really nice village atmosphere but if you have children the school is full so they will have to go elsewhere. There are signs up to that effect on the school walls already.
