Howdy all. I can be picked up from a Dart station or in Carlow town (if I catch a bus) by the brother after this match.

Carlow is easier but I think getting a bus will be difficult at that time of evening and the walk involved due to crowds. Dart is surely best option?

Long time away, are JJ Kavanaghs still running from the Quays?

So firstly, there is no Dart in Carlow or anywhere need it. nearest Dart is probably 90 minutes away in Bray.

if you are trying to get back to Carlow, then train from Heuston is probably your best options

If you are getting the to or from Carlow be sure to book a seat as at the best of times seats are at a premium

Your only option that I can see is the Wexford bus from Dublin to Bunclody and a Local link bus to Kildavin. Or Taxi from Bunclody to Kildavin..
JJ Kavanagh will get you from The Quays in Dublin to Carlow but I don't think there is a connection, apart from taxi , to Kildavin .

JJ Kavanagh bus goes from the Quays to Carlow. Your best bet is Wexford bus from the Quays in Dublin to Bunclody. Then the Local 369 bus to Kildavin....which only takes 10 mins approx.
This is a better option than my previous post...

To the best of my knowledge the 736 still stop at the Quays and goes through Carlow.
Yes they are...but his better option is the Wexford bus from the Quays through Carlow to Bunclody... The connection to Kildavin is better from Bunclody..
