In kildare what is the min. sized site you are alllowed to build on, with and without public sewers? Also what is the likely hood of getting a site close to a town from 0.25 - 1 acre for 100k or less, subject to planning?

from what i know about kildare theres no minimum site size..... the site size will be determined by the various engineering services required ie percolation piping required, whether public mains or well, sightlines required, etc...
