Kilcoole/ Beachdale

Hi there

Just moved to kilcoole an estate called beachdale, while I am renting at the moment, I like the area especially being so close to the sea but have had some issues with the kids in the estate, quite antisocial . This shocked me and is making me reconsider buying in this area. Anyone else have this trouble and or other estates similarly affected??
