does anyone know anything about the new shopping center that is to be built in kilcock. will it be going ahead? and i heard that there is going to be a new hotel in the town with a gym and pool?
 
I know they have got planning permission granted for the shopping centre. Don’t know when or if it will actually go ahead or not. I know a lot of developers getting planning permission just to make the land easier to sell in the difficult economic climate. I really hope it does go ahead as does the gym. Kilcock really needs this especially as there is planning permission for a further 1200 houses in the town.
 
The Developer is keeping work on the town centre for his "quiet period". He has a lot of work on at the moment, so is not going to start anytime soon.
