Hi all
Just have a query. Is anybody familiar with these houses. We viewed these about a year ago but they were well out of our price range. They have dropped in price but they are 400k approx.
These particular houses tick all the boxes for us but 400k is still to steep.
For Newbridge are they asking far to much for these houses? I have done a bit of research and apparently they have stopped the building in this
estate until they have sold all the remaining houses. Am i in a good position for putting in a very cheap offer as i have mortgage approvel, a good deposit and i want to move in asap.
I am not sure about how this property market works.
