Kia Carens 07... how to turn off "LOUD" on radio

Hi, I am driving a rented Kia Carens. My daughter managed to turn on the "LOUD" function on the radio the other day whilst doing her DJ impressions..... and I can't turn it off! The sound is so awful I can't listen to the radio.

There is no manual in the car, when I went back to the rental company today to renew for another week I asked the guy to have a look, to no avail.

Need help, otherwise no radio for another week and probably over the Christmas holiday.:( Thanks.

dealership.... hmmmm... ok....

so I was passing the dealership in Limerick and pulled in... very pleasant and helpful young salesman gave it a quick look... he managed to get the radio to display "NEWS" all the time.. he did take my number and rang me back with the service department number, this was at 16:40 on a Friday... I got answering machine "closed at 16:30". The worrying thing is this made me smile as I really didn't expect much more!

Cracked it though.... press and hold left button for a couple of seconds and you get a sub menu and its in there.
