Keys for roofbars

Does anyone know if I can get a replacement key for roofbars? They are ford roofbars and I can't see any numbers on the barrell. Ford dealer said it's not possible. Any thoughts?

Is there a number on the lock?

I had a similar problem with Peugeot roofbars and a locksmith in Dun Laoghaire was able to cut replacement keys.

Thanks for the replies. I had a look again and there is a number 25 on the lock. I'm in Galway so I'll might ring a couple of locksmiths to see what the can do.

This happened me before and went to ebay. Search for "roofbox keys" and you will find a number of companies who will cut keys from the lock number you provide them and they will post it to you. It worked perfect for me and was under €10!
