kerosene leak in house

we had a kerosene leak in our house.anyone know how to rid the house of the smell?

it leaked in the boiler room inside the house and soaked the floor and a part of the lower wall.the worst affected is the boiler room and a bedroom that backs onto the wall that was soaked.
 
I would be inclined to seek advice from your supplier or even the Chief Fire Officer in possibly Tara St Fire Station. You might need to be careful of fumes and any potential fire hazard/risk for the future.
 
Its best to contact a reputable company who specialise in this type of thing. Some one like Spill Assist Ireland or Spilltech are reputable companies and may help.

no not a customer, but they cleaned a friends garden/consevatory in rathmicheal, dublin. mark
 
Kerosene Leak

Made a decision on this...smell is diabolical...reluctantly going to ring the insurance company and see about getting it cleaned up.
