R runner Registered User Messages 1,094 23 Oct 2006 #6 Ive had that im sure with Realtek cards at some stage on W98. Think if you delete the network card in Control Panel and re-install afresh it probably will clear.

T techman Registered User Messages 307 1 Nov 2006 #8 Did that. Removed the card in Device Manager and installed the card again. Started the PC and looked for the driver. Inserted the floppy with the Win98 driver. Now it can't find the driver on the disk. Checked the disk. Now what can I do?

R runner Registered User Messages 1,094 1 Nov 2006 #9 It probably has the driver on it allright. You need to Browse the floppy and look for the W98 folder and arrow down to it that way.
