Keeping welfare receipts?

Is it important to keep these? For any length of time?

I am doing a clean up of my house and files, have most weekly receipts I've gotten. Is there any need to hold onto these?

Perhaps I'm just a hoarder but I would keep those until I'm sure that they have all been correctly on my PRSI record as credits.
If they are taxable benefits you will also be comparing them with the cert. of taxable benefits receivable at the year end.
