Has anyone successfully sold a property mortgaged with KBC using their negative equity trade-up product?

I've been told (at application stage) by branch representative that we would need to close both transactions on the same day. So there would be no period of unsecured loan for the negative equity portion.
Reading this guide below it seems to be that this is not commonplace these days. What are people's views here? Would it be an uphill struggle?
