IMO a group of us should try and meet and decide how best to deal with this, maybe a Group action, the FSPO are really not interested in dealing with these issues
I suppose what puzzles me is that on foot of the central bank review criteria was outlined and kbc identified other cases and expanded the criteria and compensated case, my case would fit the criteria and based on recent ombudsman decisions I feel my case will be overlooked again, maybe a group action is the only course
