I see that KBC Bank charge €3.17 to issue a cheque and that they only pay interest based on a 360 day year.
I assume that if I open a fixed deposit account with them I will be charged a fee of €3.17 to close the account when I get my cheque?
Do all institutions only pay interest based on a 360 day year?
Is there a walk in service where I can open an account with KBC in Pearse Street?
