Got notice that my mortgage rate with first active has gone up from 3.78 to 4.03 and wanted to do some comparisons with other mortgage lenders etc.. using the above but can't seem to log in. Ayone else finding problems with the calculator?

does any know know of a calculator that takes account of inflation on the capital repayments spread over the life of mortgage and shows the real value of capital repayments(i could do it on a piece of paper but a calculator is handy).jeacle one takes account of inflation on the interest element only
