When i was in thialand we went into bank and they suggested we set
up a k cyber online account and they use temporary set up details. so i was setting it up today and I logged in with temporary user id and password, then I was requested to change user id and change password which is fine but I was also asked for passport number, when I entered it, it kept coming up invalid passport number. I double checked It again and when I clicked, I got passport number invalid again and now account is suspended! Please help I dunno why it's saying passport number invalid when it's not and now what do I do to try set it up again as I will not be in thialand any time in the near future.
